Our state-of-the-art facilities utilize advanced technology to ensure consistency and quality while\u00a0meeting the evolving needs of our consumers and customers.\r\n<h2>Overview:<\/h2>\r\nWe are recruiting for Full Time Millwright positions to join our\u00a0Night shift\u00a0And Afternoons Kitchener Production team. \u00a0These are unionized positions with a starting rate of $41.85 per hour.\r\n<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Must participate and work within safety regulations and guidelines while maintaining a safe work\u00a0\u00a0 environment for all plant employees<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Must possess excellent Communication skills<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Performs preventive maintenance<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Completes records and reports<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Updates drawing and documentation as required<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Participates in continuous improvement<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Maintain repair and install mechanical and mechanically related equipment within the plant<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assembles, disassemble, modify mechanical equipment working from engineering drawings, field sketches, other related documents and verbal instruction needed to perform assigned duties<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Excellent knowledge of equipment and processes within scope of job. Certified in use of all required equipment<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Skilled in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatic and mechanical equipment problems<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Creative problem-solving skills<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet using Scissor-lifts and ladders<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Working knowledge of lathe, milling machine, grinder and hand tools<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Working knowledge of MIG\/TIG welding<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Demonstrated experience in working in a fast-paced team environment<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Must be physically fit<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Problem solving, job task planning and organizing, continuous learning and improvement<\/li>\r\n \t<li>experience working in a food related environment in a maintenance capacity<\/li>\r\n \t<li>5 years&#8217; experience in a maintenance role is an asset<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience with welding and machining<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nWe offer competitive wages and benefits package.
